North Central Wisconsin Workforce Development Board (NCWWDB) is a public/partnership between government and business that plans, administers and coordinates Workforce Investment Act (WIA) employment and training programs in Adams, Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Oneida, Portage, Vilas, and Wood counties. NCWWDB provides policy, planning, oversight and funding for local workforce development programs and helps address workforce issues as they emerge within our region.
Northcentral Technical College Workforce Learning Solutions. Offers professional development and continuing education courses to update job skills, maintain licensure or certification, and enhance individual skills. Workshops and seminars are held on campus and off-campus via distance technology, webinar and online formats.
